Yes. We provide specialized immigration psychological evaluations and expert reports tailored to USCIS or court requirements (e.g., hardship, trauma/asylum documentation, waiver support). Our immigration evaluations include clinical interviews, relevant testing, and a detailed written report prepared by a licensed clinical psychologist. An ADHD or Autism evaluation typically includes clinical interview, standardized rating scales or checklists, collateral history (school/work/medical records when available), and formal testing when indicated. Most diagnostic evaluations take 1–3 appointments (intake + testing/feedback), and a full written report is provided. We design recommendations to be practical for school, workplace, or court needs.

Yes. We use validated personality inventories (such as the MMPI-3 when clinically indicated) as part of thorough assessments to assist with diagnostic clarity, and legal evaluations. Test selection is personalized to your referral question and legal/administrative requirements.

Fees vary by service (intake, testing battery, legal report complexity, therapy session length). Because pricing needs differ, we provide a transparent fee schedule in the intake packet and discuss payment options during the initial call. We can provide superbills for insurance reimbursement and out of network courtesy billing for some insurance plans.

You’ll receive a detailed written report summarizing clinical findings, test results, diagnoses (if any), and clear recommendations written in language suitable for courts, agencies, schools, or treating providers. We also provide a feedback session to discuss results and next steps.

Yes. We provide therapy for adult clients only. (18 and over). Many clients continue with therapy after assessment either to implement recommendations or to treat conditions identified during testing (PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD). Our approach blends evidence-based psychotherapy with personalized treatment goals to support long-term recovery and functioning.

Yes, our reports are written by a licensed clinical psychologist with experience preparing documents for immigration cases, courts, and administrative agencies. For legal referrals we follow required formats and standards; please send referral paperwork so we can confirm suitability.

All sessions and records are kept strictly confidential in accordance with state and federal law. Reports are shared only with parties you authorize. We discuss limits to confidentiality during intake.
